Michelle Gibson - Principal
An interior designer and entrepreneur at heart, Michelle created Kallaman to combine her passion for great manufacturers with her 25+ years of industry experience in order to support fellow A+D professionals and clients find unique interior solutions. Michelle is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, and she earned her BS degree in Interior Design from Virginia Tech. She lives just outside of Dallas, TX, on a lake with her husband, Jamie. She drives up to 1500 miles a week, bringing manufacturers' #innersmiles and #designforthesouth to clients in TX / OK / AR / LA. She is mom to two grown-up daughters, Kalley and Amanda, from which the names of both inspired her to create the name, Kallaman. Chip Russell - Regional Sales Specialist Greater Ft. Worth & W. Texas
Chip has a passion for taking care of customers, finding the best solutions and cultivating long-lasting relationships. Chip has a degree in Retail Management from Bay State College, and he has held senior roles for major retailers, both in the U.S. and abroad. His career spans 3 continents including Australia, and he has many years of experience in B2B sales. Clients appreciate his ability to relate to their global business and additional insights to cater to unique needs. Chip lives north of Ft. Worth where he enjoys Texas country-living with high-society style. In his spare time, Chip enjoys creating culinary treats, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. He brings fun and positivity to every-day work life.

Vicky Hina - Project Administrator /Team Support
Vicky wears many hats at Kallaman. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University (Ohio), and M.S.S.W. from University of Texas at Arlington. After a successful, professional career in child welfare and the TX Dept. of Human Services, she is now a very active group exercise instructor with the City of Allen - from Body Blast to Body Sculpt and Pilates! Vicky fuels the energy at Kallaman by handling just about anything requiring research and special attention, deploying her creative talents! She volunteers often for local charities, and she is an absolute genius with fund-raising. Above all, she enjoys people and knows a lot of them. She and her husband call Allen, TX home.
